If you are like a lot of men, then perhaps you have a thing for one of your female neighbors. If so, you think about her a lot, maybe are infatuated with her, attracted to her just sexually, or maybe you are just flat out in love with her. The Invitation
The first thing you have to do is get her over to your house. The best way to do this is extend an invitation after you’ve approached her and made some small talk. This gets her comfortable with you and she’s more willing to come over to your place. If you like, to get her more comfortable and familiar with you, schedule a small party first and invite her to it. This gives her a chance to be around you but with others until she gets to know you better.
I know that you guys reading this already know better, but I have to make it clear that under no circumstances do you try to force the issue of her coming over by any means. This is not only illegal, but just plain wrong. If she says she doesn’t want to come over, accept that, let her know you respect her decision, but keep the invitation open in case she changes her mind, which she may do after she’s had a chance to get to know you a little better and consequently become more comfortable around you.

That Hypnotic Feeling
Once she’s in your house and you’ve been the good host and offered something to eat, drink, and naturally, a seat, start the conversation. Once engaged, ask some of those “getting to know you” questions and after that, ask her about things that make her happy. While she’s looking back, telling you of those fond memories, initiate contact very slightly by touching her elbows and looking straight into her eyes. This eye contact coupled with light physical contact sets yourself in her mind and when she thinks about those happy times, your face will likely be associated with them, since you were almost a part of them, given that you expressed such interest and were in contact with her while she recalled those pleasant memories.
